Tarkle Fellowship is a leadership and governance development programme providing educational content, learning activities, and related fellowship services.

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission into the fellowship.

Selected fellows are expected to comply with programme requirements and conduct themselves respectfully toward other fellows, facilitators, staff, and programme partners.

Tarkle may establish additional programme-specific rules or requirements for individual cohorts.

Unless otherwise stated, Tarkle's course materials, videos, documents, graphics, assessments, branding, and other educational content belong to Tarkle or its licensors.

Materials provided through the fellowship are intended for participants' personal educational use. They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission.

Where participants submit assignments, comments, responses, or other content through the platform, they retain ownership of their original content except where otherwise agreed.

By submitting content, you grant Tarkle permission to use it as reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the fellowship.

Any additional public or promotional use should be subject to appropriate consent or agreement.

The Tarkle name, logo, branding, website content, and original educational materials may not be used without permission.

Tarkle provides educational and leadership-development content.

Participation in the fellowship does not constitute legal, financial, professional, political, or other specialised advice.

We aim to keep our website and learning platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, upgrades, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where you receive login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or fellowship where necessary, including for serious violations of these Terms or programme rules.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Tarkle and its operations, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that apply to the user.
