The Tarkle Curriculum

Learn the Systems. Develop the Skills. Strengthen Your Leadership.

The Tarkle curriculum is built around a central idea: you cannot effectively improve systems you do not understand.

Learning pathway

From governance foundations to practical problem-solving

Fellows begin by developing a foundation in governance before progressing into leadership, institutions, policy, accountability, ethics, and practical problem-solving.

The learning experience is structured through the Tarkle LMS, where fellows access resources, track progress, and participate in programme activities.
